Construction

This boat is all-welded and all-aluminum, meaning there is no wood anywhere. Additionally, it utilizes a variable dead rise to help with a smooth ride and keep the boat stable at rest. This is paramount when casting and fishing for bass and crappie.

 

Bow

You'll first notice the size and openness compared to competitors in its class. The Skorpion offers 10% more fishability space. The forward live well is 17 gallons and has a bait well and bucket. The in-floor storage is massive, with plenty of room for life jackets, fishing gear, Plano boxes and more. This model has a 45 lb, 45 in. Minn Kota trolling motor with the boat.

 

Pedestal Seat Bases

There are three pedestal seat bases as part of the crappie package. If you order the boat standard, it comes with one pedestal seat base on the centerline. The crappie package is a great setup for spider rigging. Additionally, two cup holders are built into the floor for your drinks.

 

Port Side Rod Locker

The port side rod locker is a lockable, weather-resistant rod locker that can hold five 8-foot rods. The bow dry storage step is part of the crappie package. This step helps access the bow and gives you additional space to store whatever you need.

 

Console

The console features a black composite steering wheel, matte black side console w/ switch panel, 12V power outlet & cell phone holder. The gauge package on this boat includes your speed, tachometer, and trim. Additionally, there's a large area in the middle for flush-mounted electronics, a phone holder, and your standard 12V and USB outlets.

 

Aft Deck

As part of the crappie package, the aft deck has an additional live well with a bait bucket. If you don't get the live well as part of the crappie package, this area is just additional dry storage and includes a pedestal seat base.

 

Stick Steer

The Skorpion is also available with SS (Stick Steer) that's easy to drive, easy to own, and great for exploring smaller lakes and their shallower backwaters for the fishing action you love.
