What's New on the Water for 2027

Category: Boating Resources

More Comfort, More Style, More Reasons to Get Outside

For more than 55 years, Lowe has built aluminum boats around one idea: make the time you spend on the water easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. The 2027 lineup keeps that promise front and center, with upgraded comfort on select fishboats, a fresh look for the pontoon fleet, flooring that's now standard across the board, and new Roughneck configurations built for anglers and hunters who work through changing water, weather, and seasons — not around them.

None of these updates are cosmetic for the sake of change. The details that matter most are the ones an owner feels — four hours into a day on the front deck, when a kid climbs back in from the swim ladder, or after a muddy hunt when the only thing on your mind is getting cleaned up fast.

SoftStep reFLEX Foam Flooring Arrives on Lowe Fishboats

Select fishboats — including the Stinger 5-Series — are getting SoftStep reFLEX Foam flooring for 2027. It's a small addition that pulls its weight: a premium look, real cushioning underfoot for the long haul, and a surface that rinses clean the second the day's done.

What SoftStep reFLEX Foam flooring delivers:

  • Cushioning that holds up through long days of casting, standing, and working the deck.
  • Grip that doesn't quit when things get wet — spray, rain, fish, or kids climbing in and out.
  • A surface built to take a beating and rinse clean when the fishing gets messy.
  • A more refined look that upgrades the boat without making it feel too precious for daily use.

Front deck or cockpit, SoftStep reFLEX Foam flooring raises the bar on fishability, comfort, and style — built for the way you fish.

A New Look for the Pontoon Lineup

Fresh Colors

Get your lake vibe on — the pontoon lineup picks up new fence color options for 2027, giving you even more ways to make your boat your own:

  • Sage Green
  • Matador Red
  • Matte Silver Pearl

Updated Upholstery  MY27 SS and SF pontoons also come with new tan upholstery choices, adding a refined touch without giving up the comfort and durability Lowe owners love to lounge on.

Black Trim Accents

Black rub rails and ladder finishes round out the styling, giving the whole pontoon lineup a cleaner, more modern edge.

Trek Flooring Joins the Standard Features List

Trek flooring is now standard on every Lowe pontoon — durable, cushioned underfoot, and easy to clean up after a full day of lake time, with plenty of patterns and colors to match your crew's style.

A Boat for However You Like to Get Outside

The 2027 lineup remains one of the broadest aluminum boat portfolios in the industry, spanning these model families:

With 77 models in the fold, there's a fit for every kind of boater — a serious fishing setup, a laid-back pontoon for weekends with family, or a Roughneck built to work hard and hunt harder through whatever the season throws at it.

The Lowe Difference

Every Lowe is built on the same foundation that's guided the brand for decades — what we call the Lowe Advantage:

  • Durability you can count on
  • Features that serve a purpose
  • Versatility across fishing, hunting, and recreation
  • Aluminum construction built to last
  • Value that stands out for outdoor families
